To ensure accuracy all orders must be submitted by email. When necessary we will contact you by phone to answer questions or to help you place an order. Here at Grillmeister Grills we want to make sure you get exactly what you want.
Payment Policies
Each item is inspected for quality and craftsmanship. We do not offer returns on custom items. Because of the unique nature of each piece, a payment in full is required before production can begin. We are certain that you will be satisfied with the quality of your items.
We are not currently set up to accept credit card orders. Payments can be made by cash, check or money order. NOTE: A $20.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Shipping and Handling
At the present time, with each grill/fire-ring being a custom designed piece, production times may vary. However, we know that you anxiously await the delivery of your items and we make every effort to get them to you as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production. We will contact you to arrange delivery. Grill and fire-ring orders within a 30 mile radius can be picked up or delivered, free of charge upon arrangement. Orders beyond 30 miles will be arranged and charged for shipping, handling and/ or delivery. Shipping prices will reflect current delivery rates and will be added to your total bill. Also, please note that prices listed do not include tax.
