Place Orders:
All orders are taken by e-mail, phone or appointment. Please review the product list and let us know the products in which you are interested. We will consult with you to ensure that we understand what products and items you want.
Payment Policies:
Each item is inspected for quality and craftsmanship. We do not offer returns on custom items. Because of the unique nature of each piece, a non-refundable deposit will be required before production can begin. We are certain that you will be satisfied with the quality of your items.
We are not currently set up to accept credit card orders. Deposits and payments can be made by cash, check or money orders. All remaining balances must be paid upon delivery for local items, and before shipping for shipped itmes. NO EXCEPTIONS
(A $20.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.)
Shipping and Handling:
At the present time, with each grill/fire-ring being a custom designed piece, production times may vary. However, we know that you anxiously await the delivery of your items and we make every effort to get them to you as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production. We will contact you to arrange delivery. Grill and fire-ring orders within a 30 mile radius can be picked up or delivered, free of charge upon arrangement. Orders beyond 30 miles will be arranged and charged for shipping, handling and/ or delivery. Shipping prices will reflect current delivery rates and will be added to your total bill. Also, please note that prices listed do not include tax.
